2019 Nigerian Economic Society Annual Public Lecture Announcement

The Executive Council of NES has the pleasure to announce it's 2019 Annual Public Lecture with the theme "The Fuel Subsidy Puzzle: Facts, Fallacies and the Way Forward" to be delivered by a distinguished Professor of Energy Economics in the person of Professor Akin Iwayemi of the Centre for Petroleum, Energy Economics and Law (CPEEL), University of Ibadan, Nigeria. The Lecture will be Chaired by Chief Bisi Ogunjobi, OON, Chairman/CEO of Mcfelly Investment and Development Company Ltd, Lagos, Nigeria

The Lecture will take place on the 16 May 2019 at the International Training Centre of the CBN, Shehu Shagari Way, Maitama, Abuja.

The Executive Council hereby invites the general public to the event.
