51ST ANNUAL CONFERENCE
CHANGE OF DATE ANNOUNCEMENTS
The Council of the Nigerian Economic Society (NES) regrets to inform you that the 51st Annual Conference of the Society, earlier scheduled to take place between September 21st and 23rd 2010 in Abuja has been postponed. This is due to unforeseen circumstances especially the 50th Independence Anniversary celebration of the country. As a result, the new date of the conference is now 25th - 27th October 2010 in order to allow full participation of top government functionaries and policy-makers.
The venue is
NICON LUXURY HOTEL (formerly Le Meridien Hotel), Abuja. Arrival date is October 24, 2010.
All other information concerning the conference remains unchanged.
While we sincerely apologise for the inconveniences the changes may cause, it is our hope that you will be able to participate. We look forward to seeing you at the conference.
